Hello,

I have some issues with hierarchy filter after i enable cache in my website, some times some values are missing and other times the filter can display nothing.

Its been a while i use it and without cache seems not having problems. I have tried with litespeed cache and wp rocket cache even if i exlude woof and still the same.

I don't know if i forget something or i don't see any settings i must change, so i need your assistance.

This is the correct one : https://prnt.sc/GYCJ_-s7Bnb9  and here is when problem comes https://prnt.sc/Frx4-ecVKXu5

my settings https://prnt.sc/Iz8xaMXL_7Og  , https://prnt.sc/kwkOjIFp4XYfhttps://prnt.sc/OQ6MUjI__ka9

*I recently enabled cache to see if changes something

Hello

Does this issue occur when the user is logged in as an administrator?

When you disable caching of my plugin does the error disappear?

To  test  you can try  this - https://products-filter.com/woof_use_wp_cache

The problem mainly occurs for logged-out users and yes when we disable cache everything works well

If you make some choices and press reset or if you filter by car redirect to filter page and return to home page problem appears

I did a lot of tests but couldn't replicate the error

Looks like internal cache conflict with cache plugins

Please  try  it - https://products-filter.com/woof_use_wp_cache  - it might resolve the conflict

is there a way to exclude it from cache as i dont really need it cached so i can elliminate my conflict?

I think its the better option

You can  diasable cache   -  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230721142418.png

OR  add  in  functions.php :

add_filter('woof_use_wp_cache', function($is){

return true;

});
