Hi

I have purchased the theme but need some help with its configuration. Is it possible that the filter can be used in a parent child relationship with hierarchy dropdown. For example we have a number of wheel products that are suitable for a range of motorbikes. There will be a Bike Manufacturer as the main parent category, the child will then be the Model of Bike and the next child will be the Size of Tyre. When all 3 are filtered the relevant products will then be displayed. Can you provide some instructions as to how to achieve this please?

This type of filter is only available in the paid version of the plugin.

Is there a step by step set-up guide anywhere? - It's simple. Create a hierarchical taxonomy and assign the hierarchical dropdown to that taxonomy

Hello

I checked your categories they are empty.  You should use this hierarchy - https://c2n.me/4f2lh7n.png - assign products to these categories (throughout the hierarchy chain)

Check  option - https://c2n.me/4f2lvrO.png

and  do a test
