The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hi, I want to add the extension hierarchy drop-down.The page where we want to install the filter is the following:https://kuikapp.es/comparador/It is a comparator of driving schools. I have followed the instructions in this link but cannot configure it: https://demo.products-filter.com/working-with-hierarchy-drop-down/?swoof=1&paged=1&locations=great-britain
Once the user selects the city where he wants to find the driving school, we want a drop-down list with the available neighborhoods to open. As shown in the documentation of the previous link.
Now in"neighborhoods" no option is displayed.The steps we have did were:- Install the Custom Post Type UI plugin and created the"cities" taxonomy. Within cities the neighborhoods to which each one belong
- We have put in the tab"structure" in"cities" that the field is"hierarchy drop-down"
- In the custom taxonomy label within"cities" we have put cities + neighborhoods.
Are there any actions that we are missing? We don't know how to fix it.
