Hide empty terms not working on variations

We just purchased the pro version of your plugin, to remove the empty variations (without stock) from the results.
We have set"Hide empty terms" to YES on the plugin options, but still there are variations without stock shown in the product results.
For example on this shop category: https://www.jollikidsboutique.gr/product-category/endysi/agori/
If you filter by Age (Ανά Ηλικία / Μέγεθος) and for example select: 3 Ετών (98 εκ.) , then in the search results you will see the product:
that has this variation ( 3 Ετών (98 εκ.) ) out of stock and shouldnt be showing up.

Hmmmm, we tried your suggestion -even though it is not exactly what we wanted- and it does work properly. Thank you for this.
But we would like for the out of stock variations to be always excluded and not shown (not only when user clicks the button) in filters. Is this possible with another way perhaps?
