Hide empty terms not working

Hello, I wanted to do
"Show count""No"
"Dynamic recount""Yes"
"Hide empty terms""yes"
in the plugin settings but it didn't work. They all turn out"No" or"Yes".
I did the part you explained before,"Hide terms count text""Yes".
What do I need to do to fix this?

I think I explained it wrong."Show count" should be"No". I don't want to show the numbers next to the categories.

"Dynamic recount" YES
"Hide empty terms" YES.
But it doesn't work. How can we solve it..?
