"Hide empty terms" not working

On one of our clients website, it seems that the dynamic hiding of empty terms isn't working...
The website is : https://at4.com
We have the 3 options Display number / Dynamic recount / Hide empty terms enabled, but it doesn't work, the empty terms are displayed.
We had the counts hidden in Advanced > Options > Hide terms count text. I disabled it to show the counts back, but the counts don't display...
Any idea what happens there ?
