Hi,

I am using the DIVI theme on WP 5.5.3 and I bought the Premium version of WOOF Woocommerce products filter.

Unfortunately it seems that the option"Hide empty terms" does not work for me.
Only never used and never checked"Category" or"tags" are not displayed.

I only use the Woocommerce options offered by the DIVI theme builder.

An idea of the problem ? Thanks.

Hello

Because you are using a custom page, this is not a category page.  And the filter just doesn't know which category you've chosen

So  please  use  category  page  to  get correct  data.

An example  https://your_domain/shop/categorie-produit/collection-confidence/
