Hey All . . . No Product Found Is Returning a 404. I'm sure it's a simple setting fix. :) . Please Help !!! :)

The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page please

Hey there,

When no products are found we are getting a 404.  I'm sure it's just a setting I need to change somewhere.  Is it possible to have it return a page that says something like"sorry no products found, please call us for more info"?  I've attached a photo to show our current permalinks. Thanks!
