Help needed configuring the options

Hi after testing the free version of the plugin I bought your premium version through Code Canyon.
I chose your plugin because it allows you to assign images to product filters, but I don't know how to do it and I need help configuring the plugin options please.
I cant see any sections on this page where I can show you the URL for the website privately or my purchase code?
First there is an odd issue, your plugin displays a large box on the page with"woof_sid_auto_shortcode" on the left and then"show blocks helper" on the right and"
below it.
It shows the products at the top, then this box and the products again below the box?
Aldo I need help please with configuring how I wish the Product filter options to appear in the sidebar:
The Categories (there are only 2 currently) are tick boxes and work fine. (I had to hide the uncategorised option in the settings)
Next I need to display either"Polished" or"Natural" in the options below, (I would prefer this to be in a drop down if thats easy to do?) currently ive added"Polished" as a product tag and this works, but I don't know if I can display different tags in different ways?
Next I wish to display some images to choose from, these will correspond to the type of stone they wish to choose from, so I have currently added a list of colours as product tags, (I could add them as categories or sub categories instead if that works better?) and would like to be able to assign an image for each one (there will be between 10 - 15 options)
Next I wish to work out how to add sizes to the products and display 3 size sliders,
1 for length, 1 for height and one for thickness.

Update plugin to latest version.
But they don't all appear as I expected under the structure tab? - just create attributes or custom taxonomies/This will automatically appear in the plugin structure.
Thank you for attempting to answer a very small part of my enquiry, but Im afraid I require much more actual support than that.
Firstly setting the Show blocks helper button to"NO" doesnt not remove the big box from the middle of the products page.
It shows a row of products , then it fills the page with a big box with the same options as appear in the side bar, then it shows the same products again in a smaller row. I don't want this, I want to hide the box and I only want to see the products once (the top larger row should remain and the repeated second smaller row should be removed.)
Secondly how do I assign an image to a Product Tag? (So that each product which has that tag will be associated with the image shown in the menu)
Thirdly, You must realise that your customers can not be expected to be happy with the reply,"watch this 46 minute video, you will probably find what you are looking for in there..." If we ask specific question, we would like specific guidance spelled out for us in your reply.

We specifically made a video for users to help configure the plugin. In the video, it showed better than I will describe to you in text.
What is included is, and I quote :"Availability of the author of the item to provide item support."
I have posted a review of your plugin. It reads:
" This plugin is very complicated to configure, the documentation is virtually non existent. When I asked for guidance from support on how to set up images and sliders in the filtration settings of this plugin I was told to go and watch a 46 minute video to look for the answer myself.
When I explained that I didnt have 46 minutes spare to watch a video in the hope that it might contain the answer to my query I was told:"Configuring the plugin is not included in the support." !!!! - What?"
I didn't bother to mention the issue with the big box showing on the page that I had to hide with css, that I asked you for help to disable.
I have set up product_height, product_length, and product_width filters in meta data, to filter by the dimensions settings under the shipping tab on woocommerce products. However they don't work, it displays the sliders on the page, but they are not finding the products.
Im very disappointed with the lack of clear documentation and the poor attitude towards providing support.
It is for that reason that I posted my review.
If you are willing to start again and provide decent support, I will edit or remove my review to something that is based on the support you will now provide.
It is a real shame, because your plugin is actually very good. As im slowly managing to work out on my own how it works, it is exactly what I needed.
There are some minor flaws that could be improved such as allowing people to put a custom title to be displayed on meta taxonomies.
ive got sliders for refining by length, width, and height, and they show with the underscore in the title i.e" _length" it would be better to be able to put a custom title for each one and then they could be called whatever we like.
The main problem is with the quality of the documentation, and your not wishing to provide support.
It is frankly pathetic to try to say that support is installation, we all know that it isn't.
Plugin support, is just that, support or help using your plugin.
If it is too much for you, have you considered hiring staff to provide support?
You plugin is very good and if you provided decent documentation and support it would be excellent.

But for example, to the question"I do not see pictures" OR"The filter result is not correct" OR"The filter does not match the current category" - I will be happy to help you. Questions must be specific. The plugin has no secret tricks. To start working with it, the user should watch the video. Further, if there are problems, I will help
