Nowadays _price meta key is not updated for grouped products if _price is updated for their linked products.
This is a bug in Woocommerce and they are working on it for a long time.
To update _price meta key in Grouped, products, we need to edit the Grouped products, delete their linked products, save, reassign the subproducts, and save. With this, the price in Schema is updated.
I'd like to know if with your Plugin, Grouped products _price meta key is updated if _price is updated for their linked products.

What you do in your test is not what is failing in Woocommerce.
I was refering to Schema data _price. I meen, after do your test, you can do this test to de Grouped product page: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?utm_source=support.google.com/webmasters/&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=7445569
It will show you if Grouped products _price meta key is updated.
