Hi, I hope you are doing well.

I am not sure if you guys are aware but the Filter by Price option using Google Chrome as a browser does not show the price slider. It actually shows a field to enter text, with no result when you type a number or press enter.

Is there a fix for this to make the slider show and have you seen this error from anyone else previously? I only just noticed as I never use Chrome, only to check things are working correctly in all browsers.

Hopefully you know what I need to do to get this fixed up :-)

Thank you so much!

Hello

Please  drop me  exact  link to the  issue

Most likely your site has JS errors.

Yes, no problem!

Here's an example, although it happens on every single category page in every filter. It only seems to happen in Google Chrome, that I can tell:

Disable JS optimization  clear all  cache  and  do a test

Hi Pablo

I have disabled the minify JS in WP Rocket, cleared cache on backend and browser including Varnish cache on Dreampress.

I realise it's not just the bar not displaying correctly after testing other styles (radio buttons, for example). It's actually that the filters do not seem to be working at all for logged out users.

Could you kindly give me some guidance on where to start to diagnose this issue?

The details requested are now in the data area as requested (licence, etc).

Hello

I have disabled the minify JS  - This setting can be turned on

Please  disable these options - https://c2n.me/4gCL4d0.png and https://c2n.me/4gCL8DS.png

Hi Pablo

Okay, thank you for your help! The solution to turn all 3 off did work.

Can I just check there is no other way for this to work as it did work before but now logged out user can't use the filter at all suddenly, including mobile view.

The reason I ask is because I'm advised this will significantly slow down our website performance to turn all 3 options off. On testing, I see our performance score has dropped from 97 to 70 with a load speed reduced from 1.3 seconds to 4.4 seconds. Our mobile score has dropped from 60 to 20.

This is obviously not ideal at all.

Hello

The problem is that the optimization plugin does not take into account the dependencies of JS scripts, which causes errors.

From our side, I can offer these settings: Advanced->Options- https://c2n.me/4gDnsxr.png AND  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220915085313.png

Hi there

Okay, thank you. I could not continue with these page speeds it really did cause a huge problem our side which means unfortunately this plugin is not working after days and days of adding all the attributes and buying your BEAR plugin also. It is such a big shame.

The only thing I can think to do, there is a place where I can type excluded JS files to ignore, which means I could potentially let your files through while the rest is operating correctly right?

Here is a screenshot of the areas I refer to, if this is a possibility then what would I type?

Hello

try  to add   wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\js\(.*).js  - here - https://c2n.me/4gFdAVp.png

I am afraid this did not make any difference, is there anything else at all that we can try? I really hope there are more options.

Hello

Load JavaScript deferred - I fixed it

But you should disable this option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220920151337.png ( - now I fixed it but I'm not sure if it will work correctly for other plugins )

Hi there Pablo

I can confirm that since the fix it is working - thank you very much indeed we are absolutely delighted that we can use both plugins together.

Thank you so much for your kind effort to make this work and I can confirm for anyone who uses WP Rocket and is considering buying this plugin that they are now compatible!

Hello

Great!  Welcome;)
