General filter question!

I downloaded the Chromium theme for my wordpress site, and WOOF/WCK came with this theme. If you go to my site (www.alphadogauto.com you will see a make model year filter at the top. I am VERY confused about how to add filters in EACH drop down menu based off year make and model. I am not a developer with a degree, I am an individual learning how to make my own website. Needless to say, all of the lingo in the instructional videos and help articles are very confusing. I don't know what does what, so when I watch your help videos, I don't know what I need to change to get my DESIRED result. I was hoping someone can walk me through simply adding a single drop down"make" ex. Honda,"model" ex. S2000,"year" ex. 2010 (<= website already displays make model year I just don't know how to add actual categories UNDER make model year), so I can do the rest myself. Please help, this is filter is an important variable for my websites success. Also, please note that I prefer a dumb down explanation. Please PLEASE do not dismiss me to an article or video, the explanations aren't exactly user friendly for beginners,(but if you have to, i guess thats fine lol) thank you! Have a nice day!

Pablo thank you for your help, but the support guys sent me here, because I need help with the WOOF plugin. The plugin came with the theme, but support for the plugin does not come with the theme, if that makes sense.
Also, How do you get to the page that the screenshot is taken from? This should be the last question for awhile.
I managed to get to the page you showed me and made a hierarchy, ex. honda -crv --2010, but it's not showing up in the drop downs. Is there anyway we can chat live? There is obviously something, I'm missing and we could clear this up waaaaaay faster if you or someone would explain it to me directly and I can be out of your hair. Everyone keeps being dismissive and telling me to go to some source, but the sources aren't clear enough or doesn't explain what I need done. Example: How do you do open heart surgery? answer: you cut open the chest. <---that's the kind of responses I'm getting.

The plugin came with the theme, but support for the plugin does not come with the theme, if that makes sense. - I will try to explain. PSA has developed a diesel engine that is installed on many cars, such as Ford. If your Ford has engine problems you cannot go to a Citroen workshop.
I ask you to understand me. These rules make sense. These guys are selling a theme with my plugin. And if all their clients turn to me for support, I will have to deal only with them (for free), so I will lose my business.
The license they bought, I support only theme developers.
