Hello when i installed the free version on my site it works perfectly, so we purchased the plugin for the premium addons and when i install it it doesn't load my shop page where the products are. I notice that the version on the free one that i installed via wordpress plugins is another one that the one i have from envato.

The one on worpdress is Version 1.3.4.4

The on on envato is Version 3.3.4.4

 

The thing is when want to see the product page it doesnt laod, and when i want to edit via elementor the page it doesnt work, but only on the page of the shop.

Done, thanks, also the plugin is deactivate it, i will wait for your response. My page that has the filter is this CATALOG as well as SHOP by woocomerce please, when i activate the premium plugin it doesnt let me open the catalog page. like it doesnt exist.

Sorry another matter, i'm adding my filters in the sidebar with the front builder.  I added a filter for variations of products, but it doesn't display it, also i will like to edit the tittle of the filters in the sidebar. And when something is not filtering or i click reset it take me to the SHOP page instead of returning me to page that i have my filter added. Also how can i add it to shop page?

I sent a SS URL in the private info

 I added a filter for variations of products, but it doesn't display it  - I'm not sure I understood you correctly, my plugin does not have such functionality.  If you mean filter by color Board - this attribute does not have terms - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231030133226.png

Thanks i'm sorry maybe a don`t undestand the terms on color board. I added them, but how can i assign them to the product varitation, i will add the URL of the product in the private data S1. And this option Show image of variation (this is the option we are lookin for in the filter) option S2 how can i enable it, right now i just have that product because i cant figuere it out how to make it work with your plugin.

And the error that go back to SHOP use this URL s3 IN PRIVATE DATA and just reset the filter.

Hello

Please  read  this  -https://woo.com/document/variable-product/   - first you need to set up variable products correctly(The article describes how to do this). And the filter (any filter, not just this one) will only work with products where the attributes are taxonomies
