The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.
When editing in bulk, sometomes we are setting products on sale by entering sale price... If I for example do not want product to be sale anymore, i put 0 in the sale field. But, what that does is, it sets the product price to be 0,00. I have just discovered that and it has cost me around 200 USD, because people on my store add multiple products when buying, meaning that they have managed to slip couple of free items in carts, without my staff noticing.
That is a major issue which shouldnt of been happening...
