Form submission doesnt work in shop page

Hi, i use the porto theme and i have setup a custom form that works fine in the homepage, but im facing an issue in the shop page, where the js seems to not be working, i tried adding a new custom form there and the edit gear icon doesnt work.
Also i use the default widget to add the form and the submit button doesnt trigger the filer (i dont get any js errors in console log).
On the other hand, when i submit the filter from the home page, in the shop page, the button to remove all filter parameters works fine, but still i cannt change the filter and submit it.
Do you have any idea about this issue?

i tested in my staging with astra theme and works fine, so the issue is with porto theme

Thanks, ive updated to the latest version 3.3.7.1 but the problem persists.
After the update, the form in the home page also stopped working, when you make a selection, it loads but doesnt hold that selection.
Also another issue is in the shop page, when you sort, it redirects you to the main category from here

The sorting issue has been resolved, lets try to resolve the rest of the issues then.
Im providing access to our website and please make changes for the next 6 hours (i would prefer not to disable the theme if posible).
Im also providing access to a staging site with the same issues plus, you can make any changes you want.
I would propose to make any tests in the staging and any solution we can try in the live.

I checked your site, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the cause. I didn't disable the theme or plugins because it's a live site.
The problem is that in this mode the filter should add data to the URL, but for some reason this does not happen.
Oh i see, ive added ftp access. Keep in mind, that the staging site is almost the same in structure and experiences the same issues. In the staging site, i have the porto theme enabled and when i replace it by astra it works fine (so i think the issue is not with the child theme that is enabled in the live site but rather something with the main porto theme). Please let me know your findings.

Hi, thanks for that, this resolved the issue, but seo url feature is a very important one that we were planning to use. Have you faced this with other sites using porto theme?
From some testing, i noticed that when you activate the seo feature, some of the js and css of the plugin doesnt load (i noticed the radio and checkboxes dont look and same, plus the empty attributes dont hide).
One more compatibility issue seems to be directly linked to porto theme ajax loading (even when the seo feature is disabled). More specifically if you are in this page

and select any category it will not load the filters correctly, but if you reload the page it seems to work fine.
Could you make some more testing to try and fix the compatibility?
The truth, is that we had to purchase a new license having lost access to the old envato account, so your help is much appreciated.

SEO mode does not affect styles or loading of JS files.

after a few tests, i found two main issues
1 the plugin is not compatible with porto theme ajax (which is mainly to ajax load the shop page for example when you select a category). After disabling it from settings the filters work fine. The issue i was talking about the js files mainly has to do with loading correctly the husky filters after the shop page has updated via the porto ajax. Of course, this porto ajax makes everything faster but its not mandatory.
2 The second issue im facing and still havent resolved is the seo feature, this also seems to be a compatibility issue with the porto theme. More specifically, after enabling that, it has very similar results to the issue above, where the filters dont load correctly and doesnt work completely. As mentioned before, this is an important feature, if you can take a few mins to pinpoint the issue.

You can notice that the empty filters dont hide, the style is not correct and the most important, the filter doesnt work at all.

This is all related to asynchronous content loading (ajax) - please disable it in the theme and everything will work correctly.
