Hi!

first of all, thanks for this plugin, I think it's great!

 

However, I have a problem that I can't solve. I've read this forum and tried all the options, but it doesnt seem to work.

In my shop page, the first filter disappears when it is set. https://bmc-world.com/shop/

When I try the same thing, picking a category on the left first, it works fine. https://bmc-world.com/produkt-kategorie/umbausaetze/

 

Any idea what the issue is?

Hello Michael

If  you  use"WOOF by  category" - please  disable  it

Check  option - https://c2n.me/49zNPnh.png - and  do a test

I'm not using WOOF by category, but the swoof incluence option set to"No" did the trick!

I found out that actually there is an incompatibility with another forum plugin calles"bbpress". When I deactivate"bbpress" it works fine. Maybe that is helpful to others having the same problem. Hopefully there will be an update soon with a fix.
