Filters within sidebar widget randomly disappear.
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hello, Randomly, one of the category filters in the customer's site will go missing when you are filtering products. Refreshing the page will often work, however, the customer does not want this behavior.
I have two photos (one sent by the customer showing the 'Types' filter is missing, and the second, how the page should look at all times with filters. It seems I cannot upload them in the thread.
Any advice on how to make this issue stop?
