Hi,
I'm using the WOOF plugin (premium version) with the Divi theme. I use product filters based on attributes, and I hide certain filters by customizing the shortcode depending on the page.
Everything works fine on desktop, including the slideout filter button. I’ve configured all the Slideout settings correctly in the plugin's Advanced tab.
However, the shortcode provided by the plugin ([woof_slideout]) doesn’t display anything on mobile devices — the button doesn’t appear, and the filters are inaccessible.

Hello

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png

Can you drop me exact link to the issue?

Where can I find my license key ?

The issue is on all pages, I cant display the mobile slideout on all of my pages. Maybe im doing it bad, but I did everything I could.

Hello

Ok! Please drop me  the link to your site.

Hello

I dropped the license key. I have an other problem, As I said before I use shortcodes to display different filter categories on different pages (like this one : [woof tax_only='product_cat,pa_type-de-cheveux']).
The problem is that only one category is working well. I made group of categories, and those groups are nor working well. Do I have to use attributes ?
How can I display different configurations of filters on different pages ?

Hello

You can try to use front builder - https://products-filter.com/video#dqGQgzcb5yw

Ok thanks, but can I use categories ? Because each of my products have different categories. For exemple, on my"Shampoo" page, I dont want to display the"type of product" filter, and on a brand page, I dont want to display the"brand" filter.

Hello

If you want different filter depending on current category. Please try this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/woof-by-category/

If you want to hide specific category terms on different pages - in this case you need to customize the code

So if I want to display 3 categories on a page and hide one category, and on an other page display 3 categories too but hide a different one, what do I have to do ? Can you clearly tell me the best option for what I want ?

Hello

In this case, you need code customization. You can try this hook - https://products-filter.com/hook/woof_sort_terms_before_out
