Hello support,

Having an issue with the filters not picking up the correct values of the attributes and categories. It's causing some filters to not show and the ones that do are not showing the all values. Everything was working fine until I updated to the paid version.

Here's a link to the site https://mohebanstag.wpengine.com/shop/.

Thanks,

JD

Please drop me  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

Describe in more detail what filters should be shown and what should I do to get an error

Hey Pablo, thanks for getting back to me and sorry for the delayed response. Managed to get everything back up and running, but now I have a few questions moving forward.

1. Can I get all filters to show up in the categories archive pages? Seems that when a user goes directly to a category page the menu narrows the category filter to only the one category the user chose, but the product are in multiple categories that should also show.

Full Menu - https://mohebanstag.wpengine.com/shop/

Narrowed Menu - https://mohebanstag.wpengine.com/product-category/origins/caucasian-collectibles-2/

2. Can I have the child-child (third tier) menu collapsible without having the other two teirs hide?

On the shop page the 'Antique Rugs Categories' filter under the 'Show More' you will find an example of the menu structure I'm looking to hide. https://mohebanstag.wpengine.com/shop/

Thanks for your help,

JD

Hello

1 It's impossible. On the category page it is possible to display only products that belong to the current category or child category

2 unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature, in this case you need code customization
