Hi there

I experiencing something very strange with my premium version of WOOF. Every now and then my client informs me that the product filters have disappeared for their customers.

I am then able to confirm this is occurring. I can see on the front end, the product filters quickly load (greyed out) then quickly disappear.

In the backend, I can confirm all is fine and nothing has changed. To fix this, I seem to have to go to Woocommerce > Setting > Product Filters > Turbo Mode and reassemble product data. Then when I clear my browser cache its loads fine again.

What could be causing this? What is happening?

Hi there this issue has returned and is continuing to happen.

The side bar filters disappear every few weeks and the client has to come in and update the 'Reassemble products data now' button.

What is causing this to occur so regularly - can I we fix this?

My settings haven't changed and nothing has been updated to cause this?
