You need to log-in to create request (topic) to the support
Filters are on the top of the page instead of the sidebar
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. The products' filter sidebar with woof filter, is at the top of the shop page instead of the side where it was.
