Filters are not working together as required

About to buy the full version but need to address a couple of issues first.
On this site, select hot tubs and it shows the only property with a hot tub. Options with 0 are then not clickable (which is correct).
If however, I click on '4 bedroomed house' (which shows 1 right now) It then shows me 3 additional properties that have 4 bedrooms.
This is now misleading as it looks like all of these have hot tubs!
What it should do is only show the single property unless I unclick hot tubs.
I've got the show count and dynamic recount to yes and the logic set to AND.

Please disable all plugins except woo+woof and do test.
