Dear Support Team

I have notice that the filters are not completely loaded in some cases. For example, when I go to the product list through menu options, the filter are not working while I reach the product list. I need to refresh the page with the product list so that the filter could work. I would be very appreciative if you went to product list using top menu according to the steps in the screenshot below:

I cannot explain to my client why the products list need to be refreshed in order to filter products by their attributes.

Please follow the clicking path using top menu: Etui na telefon -> Etui do telefonu Motorola -> Etui Motorola Moto E13

Sorry Pablo, but I'm not sure how to turn off ajax navigation. I went over here and the ajax option was disabled. Did you mean this option ?

No! This is the functionality of your theme. In this case, write to theme support and ask how to disable Ajax in this navigation - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231002132035.png
