Filtering results by variation price not showing all products

We go to WOOBE bulk editor
We click on Show: Filters/Bulk Edit/Export
Under Filters section we edit fields in"Regular Price From" and"Regular Price To"
We enter 46.90 for both so it only show variations with this price. We then click"Filter" button
We look at results and we click Variations Slider to show all variations for products.
It only lists 6 products with variations that are 46.90 (There are 100's of products which have variations of 46.90)
If i remove the 46.90 from"Regular Price From" and"Regular Price To", and click Filter button, you will then see all of the other products that have variation price of 46.90
Why does it now show all products with variations 46.90 when using filter?

I have new problem.
After removing all the variations by price, i find the products still showing the price including variations i deleted
for example
product is 29.95 and with variation of say 31.90
product page shows price 29.95 - 31.90
i deleted the variation of 31,90, but it still shows 29.95 - 31.90
when i go into the product, there is no variation that is 31.90 so the variations are in fact deleted
i cleared all wp rocket cache, cloud cache but it still showing for all products
Any help is greatly appreciated

Hello i cleared transients and it is still show deleted variations in price range"from" -"to" on product pages.
For example all of the products on this page
https://www.ecigarettescanada.com/vape-juice-canada/50-50-ejuice-eliquid-canada.html
should have price range from 14.95 - 44.95. If you go into the products and choose the options, the highest the price will be is 44.95
also in backend there is no variation showing as 49.90 anymore as i deleted them.

Very strange! This is 100% caching. As you can see, the data is changed correctly. Try disabling the server side cache
I have cleared WP Rocket Cache, Cloudflare Cache, SuperCacher Cache (In Server Control Panel), browser cache. Cleared transients, Purged OPCache. I also deleted all files in Wp-Content/Cache folder and still $19.90 and $49.90 are showing on product listing and product pages for some products. Its strange, some products are fine and some are not.

if you go to the product editing page and click the"update" button.
When i went to a product and clicked update, it indeed fixed the issue for that product. Now how can i bulk update to fix all products, or do i have to go into each one and fix?

Now how can i bulk update to fix all products - Updating occurs at any change of a product field. The problem is that it seems that the cache update occurs only on the product page
I have hundreds of products. Does this mean i have to go into each one and click Update? That could take a long time.
