Quote from saypontigohe on March 9, 2023, 17:44Hi,
I have a clothing webshop, and already tried and looked through almost all related articles here, without any solution yet;
If I filter on a specific size (shoe size) I get results that don't have that specific size in stock anymore. It happens with alot of products. I don't use Turbo mode (it is installed as plugin, but not activated) so caching is not the issue. General caching on the server is also flushed but it makes no difference.
What could be the issue, or is the issue within the plugin? To look on a live version in the frontend;
https://barrows.nl/kleding/schoenen/?swoof=1&stock=instock&pa_merk=mason-garments&pa_maat=44
Here I filter on a brand, size 44 in stock
The first result shows "Sneaker Mason Garments Beige" on https://barrows.nl/product/sneaker-mason-garments-beige-3/ Which does not have size 44 in stock (as visible on the product detail page as well, but of course, in the backend there is also no stock)
Thanks in advance.

It looks like you have an outdated or incorrectly created new database for stock accounting in variable products
I disabled the new base - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230310115429.png - Result - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230310115550.png
Please try to update this new DB - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230310115845.png - and do a test

Quote from saypontigohe on March 10, 2023, 12:30Hi! I can't see the images (only the result). What exactly do you mean with database for stock of variable products? there is only one woocommerce database for the stock. Or you mean a database specifically from the plugin?

there is only one woocommerce database for the stock. - No! Yes, I mean a new database table (for simplicity, I write a database because it is one). Woocommerce has created a new table that duplicates stock data for faster searches. But for a correct search, this data must be synchronized.

Thanks for looking into the issue. As far as I understand, I would want to use this feature, since it speeds up the filtering alot. But I do need to synch it. Is that correct?
I can do that, and I can write a cronjob to make sure the synch happens every 'now and then' to keep it synched, as it seems it does not automatically does this, right?

as it seems it does not automatically does this, right? - it should update automatically. But there may be a conflict with third-party plugins. In any case, this is woocommerce functionality and you better ask them
