Hi guys,

A few days ago i bought this plugin for a client's website, and i am having a several problems with  the filtering and paging on the website.

I had to disable it and use another free pluging to hang out this problem beacuse the store is already active on production mode.

im using the OceanWP theme and around 1800 products created with the woocommerce system.

I have enabled and disabled the turbo mode, rebuild the indexing many times, changed all the parameters, ajax, auto filtering and all options available I thought will solve something but its failing all over on the filtering and goes worse.

When i go to the paging products, it goes crazy, it display tons of pages availables but when i got to the second page after using 1 single filter opcion goes like there is no products of (100) availables on the seleccted option, like no products, no paging. all empty.

the temporary filter i installed is working almost perfect.

i need a urgente asistance.

If there is a problem with the plugin, we will give you the refund. But if the problem is that you configured the plugin incorrectly - In this case, we cannot give the refund.

I sent you the user access of the website to verify the failure in the product indexing.. the site is already in production mode.

When you can take your revision?

The site is currently with more than 2000 products. I ran again the indexer and only get 1040 products.

i ran again the testing and still not working at all, no matches with selected option, in the video i show you how its all setup up. active and inactive the turbo mode, all the same results.

still with failures, the site cannot use this pluging with those problems, is failing on the filtering results and indexing is uncompleted.

can we end this matter with the refund and stop wasting our time?

As I wrote - https://c2n.me/4avmGUQ.png - in the plugin description, I indicated that there are themes that are incompatible with ajax mode (you should have read this before buying)

 and stop wasting our time? - I agree! I'm sure my plugin is working correctly. And if you give me access, I will check it and the filter will work correctly! Because I will make the correct settings.  Let's not waste each other's time drop  me  wp-admin access and I will prove that I am right.
