filtering going only on parent category only

Hi i have a problem with filtering,
If for example have 3 categorys woman , man, kid
if go to sub category of woman with our sub categories like dresses etc, want to checked the Woman category and open all the sub catetgories of woman but without hiding the main categories such a man and kid
because can see other main categories, is it possible to change that?
Want to go in every sub category without hides the main categories..

as you can see the differences is on woof, hiding the parent categories..
i want when im on parent or parent-parent category to see all categories, and only if im on spesific sub cateogory then checked as ticked such as the example.
aslo one more problem is that i notice that on size, i have a size like One size, thats only showing as O i want to see all the characters , or 3-4 of them

I want that behavior on same with first website. as you can see has one categorie selected the /γυναικεία/ then must show as selected that categorie without hiding all other categories,
on Woof, shows only the sub category of the selected category.. not all categories.

On the category page, the filter will only show subcategories
This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products )
