Hi there, I'm testing your plugin, I already bought it on Codecanyon. But....it is not working properly unfortunately.

Plz check https://testshop.mijnbaron.be/shop/

You see that filter by category works fine, but if you try price then it doesn't work.

What I did to resolve this issue:

  • To check if a manual filter did work I created this: https://testshop.mijnbaron.be/test-pagina-woof/
  • Already updated permalinks
  • Tested if there were conflicts with theme (2023 theme same issue)
  • Deactivated all other plugins, still issue
  • I found this in your FAQ:
  • WooCommerce settings in tab Products, sub-tab Display -> ‘Shop Page Display’ as show categories – wrong. Plugin cant filter in this mode. So you are need switch to ‘Show products’. But if you are need this mode: create new page and apply shortcodes [woof]+[woof_products] there. Read docs please about it.

My issue now is: I can't find this sub-tab display -> shop. I don' think it even exists anymore in Woocommerce Product tab. Some articles refer to Customizer -> Woocommerce, but there's no option there either.

So my question is:

Why is this happening? How to resolve this? Probably there's something very logical why, but I can't put my finger on this?

Update: I have found the display settings, but these were already correct at"Show products".

Another update: after some experimenting, I found that after I added a product attribute and added this to a couple of products, the filter is working :)...

Why the price filter might not work:  To increase the speed of woocommerce use a separate table in the database for search. And if the user does not update this table (as woocommerce recommends), no price filter will work (it does not depend on my plugin). You can update this table on the page - Woocommerce->Status->Tools  OR  click on the update button for each product
