Quote from portalofhope on November 14, 2024, 12:30Good morning. We've been using the HUSKY Products Filter for years and it has always worked great. Recently with a HUSKY upgrade, the filter stopped working on the iPhone IOS. It works fine on the desktop with Edge or Chrome and my developer tested on the Android phone and it works as always. In addition to myself testing on the IOS/iPhone, my developer did as well with the same results. There is an issue with the iPhone now. We never had any issues before. If you need our website, please advise accordingly. We've had no major upgrades, just routine maintenance releases as we've had for many years. Many thanks.
Key Versions
9.3.3 WooCommerce (I know a new version just came out, but we recently upgraded to 9.3.3 so not upgrading just yet.)
6.6.2 WordPress
3.3.6.3 HuskyIOS 17.6.1

Quote from portalofhope on December 1, 2024, 16:18This is still a major issue for us. Given we pay for support and just renewed, I would ask that you please help us resolve this issue or we will need to move to a different product. We have been using HUSKY on this site since July 0f 2022 and then on our other site for many years and never once had this issue. I'm going to recap again. The product filter does not function at all when you click on it accessing the website using an IPHONE. Everything works as expected on Desktop EDGE browser, Desktop CHROME browser and Android. I am using IOS 18.1.1 with WooCommerce 9.3.3 and Wordpress 6.6.2. We know the product filter works on the desktop in different browsers as designed and also on Android. Just not on the IPHONE. I tested both Google and Safari browsers with the IPHONE and the filter doesn't do anything at all when you click on it. This is recently a new behavior of being non-functional. It has always worked without issue. No HUSKY settings were changed. We only upgraded products along the way. The specific behavior is as follows:
- Go to our site/domain as shown in the PRIVATE details.
- Click on the left top menu with the 3 bars, then select SHOP
- the left side Filter shows as expected and looks like it always has looked, except it doesn't function.
- Click on any category...nothing happens...no filtering occurs.
- Click on any subcategory...nothing happens...no filtering occurs.
I would greatly appreciate resolution to this issue as this has been an excellent product and we would hate to move to another product due to this very specific issue. Many thanks.

As I wrote earlier, we have already done a test on IPHONE and the filter (on your site) works correctly.
Since we don't receive similar requests from other users, I can assume that this is an isolated case. And we test your site using Safari(iphone) and the filter works correctly - perhaps this behavior is related to your device
All we noticed was a small area for opening filters (plus sign next to categories, age group, etc.) To open the filter you had to press exactly in the small area
