Filter & products change language when applied

Hi,
I have WOOF filters & WPML. When I switch the language from the main language DE to EN and apply a filter, the filter and the products switch back to the main language.
The filter is implemented via custom sidebar (widget) and placed on the site with a hook element (generate press).

If I am logged in in WP backend it started working after i switched ajax off and on again but without login it doesn't work. No caching is enabled.
Any idea how to fix this?

I checked further and the difference between working and not working is the url. The parameter"&paged=1" appears when not logged in and causes the language switch.

(The parameter only appears when applying or reseting the filter. Clicking the link will eliminate the parameter)
