Filter option selected -> Filter vanishes

Hello there!
I am using the product category filter with images. As soon as I click a category image, the entire filter vanishes except for Reset button.
Product output works fine however.
Environment:
php 7.4.x
wordpress 5.7
woocommerce v. 5.1.0
woof product filters v.2.2.5.3
Is this a familiar issue? Any advice?

The plugin WOOF Category Filters was the culprit. After deactivating it, filters work as intended. I started a support thread in their WP plugin support forum. So this can be closed
