I would like to know how to use HUSKY - Products Filter to filter only the attributes present in the variations.

For example:
In a certain product, in the attributes I have the size XS but not among the variations. If I filter the products with XS it appears in the results even though there are no variations with XS.
I tried with in-stock checkbox but it didn't work.

I would like to know how to limit the filtering to the elements present only in the variations.

Hello

This is basically impossible.  The thing is that your template shows only parent products and the database query is made only for parent (simple) products.  My plugin adds search data to this request (for example: Where Size = XS)

And in fact, this product has the XS attribute and is included in the search result.  Product variants are processed after the main database query when the template renders each product.
