Filter on instock and backorder not working

The products filter isn't working anymore. If I select 'hide out of stock' nothing happens.

Once filter by attribute has been used, it does work. I'm guessing it has to do with JavaScript not being loaded properly due to WP Rocket, but I have no idea where to begin looking for this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you select Hide pre-orders, Hide out of stock or show on sale only, nothing happens.

I disabled Yith Product Add-on, and now this shows:

A very strange error, it looks like this filter(in stock) is disabled at all
