After enabled 1) Exclude: On backorder, 2) In stock, 3) On sale filter, and 3) turbo mode the site became slow. The page do not load fast as previous. Also not appeared all product. And after check and uncheck Exclude: On backorder option all product appeared on the page.

For example

Firstly open the link  https://reconsblog.gr/product-category/epipla/epipla-kouzinas/boufedes/  we will see 13 pages.

After enable Exclude: On backorder  we will see the message "No products were found matching your selection."

After that we will disable again"Exclude: On backorder" option and we will see 32 pages with products.

 

The same issue exist on all product categories.

 

Also we have 16,531 products and and woof filter Reassemble products data procedure (turbo mode) found 15.000!

After completed the procedure the message was: File updated!!!  Products and Variants: 15000

I could not connect by FTP: Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity, Error: Could not connect to server - maybe you have white list of IP addresses, please disable it temporarily

Update please to the latest version from CodeCanyon v.2.2.5.6 - reset the cache and check if the issue still there

Turbo mode: add next hook to the file functions.php apply_filters("woof_turbo_mode_products_limit", 20000); - there is limit there for 15k in the code

Memory: I see that big huge memory on the site on the status page, but admin pages as 'wp-admin/widgets.php' + I removed WOOF widget -> still loads slow - check server configuration please.

Do not forget to purge cache after each change.

First update the plugin to the latest version please - https://pluginus.net/make-auto-update-wordpress-plugins-themes-bought-envato/  then re-create a  search file - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210907103909.png

And do the test.

You are using a very old version of the plugin, at the moment the plugin code has changed a lot. And unfortunately we cannot support this old version.

And if after the update the error remains, our developer will check\fix it on Monday

We update the plugin and it is working better than previous. We didn't notice any issue yet.

 

Could you fix the number of products that support now because we don't know and we can't do technical tasks? We have more than 15 000
