Filter Not Working Properly

If you go to this link: https://belvee.in/product/neon-leopard-men-t-shirt/ - This Product has 2 colors. Black and Grey !
Under Men Category page, Filter Section does show the available colors but it does not fetch this T-shirt when grey color filtered.
And when resetting, it does not bring back all the tshirts under that category
I have tried disabling turbo mode and also tried updating Quick Search and Turbo Mode Database File.

Update - Now filter is working - its bringing up grey t-shirt but while resetting or removing filters its not bringing up all products
Test it on men section and you will see that only 10 out of 13 products come back

Use the filter and try to second page and back and it just gets messed up

Ok! Perhaps this is incompatibility with ajax mode. Please disable ajax mode(turn off turbo mode before doing this)
if no luck - Can I go to your website and create a test page with the filter?
Disabled Ajax Mode - Flushed Page and Object Cache - Tried in Guest Browser - No luck
