Filter Not Working on Shop Page – Need Assistance

Dear Support Team,
I have integrated your filter on my shop page. For testing purposes, I have only created 3 product categories with different products, manufactures and prices. However, no matter what I try to filter by — category, brand or price range — all dummy products are still being displayed complete.
I haven’t been able to figure out what setting I might need to change. Other filter plugins worked right away, but your plugin offers significantly more features, which is why I’m seriously considering purchasing the Pro version. However, the free version should already work correctly at this stage.
I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
