Hello,

I’m using the HUSKY - Products Filter (free version) together with Divi and WooCommerce.

The filter works perfectly on the main shop page.
However, when I try to use the filter on a product category page (e.g. /product-category/xyz/), it redirects me to the homepage instead of filtering the products.

The category pages are built using the Divi Theme Builder, and I have also customized the permalink structure for product categories.

Could you please let me know how to fix this issue?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,

Hello

I checked your link but it looks like you disabled my plugin.

Sorry.

here the Shop link (the filter works): https://blasmusix.wdsolution.info/shop/

Archive page (not working): https://blasmusix.wdsolution.info/shop/noten/

Hello

Your redirection on the site is set up incorrectly.

To test it please try this link - https://blasmusix.wdsolution.info/shop/noten/?test=1  - You will see that with any parameters in the URL your site redirects to the main page. Fix this and the filter will work correctly.

I have not set up any redirection. That's why I'm surprised.

Are there any known errors that lead to this redirection? (Adaptation of the permalink structure?)

I don't know what could be the reason for this

Hello

This may be a functionality of a third-party plugin.

For example, the category page is not standard.

I have found out what the problem is.

I have adjusted the permalink structure for the products as follows:

/shop/%product_cat%/

However, the filter only works with the default value:

product/

The problem is not in the filter. The problem is that your site is redirecting if there are GET requests, you need to fix this
