Filter not working correctly

The filter doesn't seem to be working. We are only using product categories. We have 4, size, color, price, style. I need to be able to pick an option from each of those categories and ONLY the rugs that have those options should show up. So for example, a 8x10 red traditional rug. I pick those and only rugs that match all of those categories should show up.
I'm getting a lot of extra stuff showing up. If I just click purple in color there are other color rugs showing besides purple.

Also, I cannot seem to get the reset button to show again. I have purchased the plugin.

Wanted to edit the above but couldn't. Forget about the reset button issue. I see how that functions and it's fine.
But I wanted to add, is there a way to always have the always have the hierarchy closed? For example, I open the color category, then go away to another page, come back to shop and color is still open.

1) https://c2n.me/46fU1Sr.jpg - This is one category and the filter does not see the difference between color and price - this is only your logic. For a filter, this is one taxonomy with comparison logic"OR"
