Hello I have installed the Husky product filter on my website avinowines.nl and recently upgraded to the pro version. The filter that is set on this website does not work correctly. For example, it does not show all categories and sub categories. Would you like to help me solve this problem? Kind regards, bas burger

Hello

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png and  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

Describe in more detail what I should do to get the error.

Hi Pablo, the problem is occuring on the webshop page. People can filter first on Land and secondly  filter on Type/color of that land . But that does not work (anymore).  Hope you can help! Kind regards Bas

Hello

The problem is that all color attributes are empty - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250113122918.png  that's why the filter doesn't allow you to select these empty terms

Hello Pablo,

I do not understand why that is occuring. For instance The product' Primitivo di Manduria Riserva"Conte di Campiano" has a categorie Land in this case"Italy" and a (sub)category of Type/kleur of Red. And there are more of that examples. What should i do?

Hello

Ok!  category and attribute are different entities

Here are your subcategories - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250114122318.png   - and you can choose this filter (filter by category)

But your color attributes are empty, you don't have any products with this attribute.

Before setting up a store, I advise you to study in more detail the basics of creating a store on woocommerce. This will save you a lot of time in the future.

Hello,
Okay, I understand that categories and subcategories are something different than attributes. But in the past, because this website has been around for a while, the filter that worked well under the predecessor of Husky called WOOF was created based on these categories and subcategories. After updating to Husky, that no longer works. We have never had to use those attributes before. What do you advise now regarding the structure of the website to adjust. And then I mean which categories, subcategories and attributes should we use to make the filter work correctly. Kind regards, Bas

Hello

The difference between WOOF and HUSKY is only in the name. It is the same plugin with the same structure and the same code.

And I doubt it worked like that before.  There is a fact that the attributes are empty and for this reason they cannot be selected. The subcategory color is not empty and you can select it
