Filter not showing up while filter shortcodes are installed

The filter shortcodes (one for desktop and one for mobile) has been implimented much like https://aimmea.com/designer-fashion/ where it all does work.

On the category page, the filter only shows the child elements of the current category. if the current category has no children - the plugin will not show the filter by category
In your case, you only have a category filter for this sidebar is empty
This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products )
