Hi

I have a couple of issues that appear to be linked.

1 - I have 8 products in a specific product category but when I click on this item on the product filter it doesn't show any results (Usage & Occasion at the bottom of this page : https://staging2.insight-traction.com/the-knowledge-bank/image-bank/

2 - When I select any categories that genuinely have zero products it displays a blank page which is fine but when I untick the selection or click the reset button I takes me to the Shop page rather than the specific page that the filter is on.

Hello

 1. Please try to disable SEO URL- https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231204124331.png - and do a test
 2. When the page does not have a template to display the result, the filter redirects to the shop page. Therefore, the"nothing found" template should have:
No products were found matching your selection.

Thank you very much for your help - I cant see where I set this, can you please advise:

Hello

It depends on your current template. Currently this just displays a blank page when a search query doesn't find anything. Perhaps you should ask the author of your template about this

Im not sure what you mean by template?

I created the filter and have looked to see where I can change the setting you specified but cannot see this.

Hello

Im not sure what you mean by template? - This is the area where products are displayed and is responsible for the style of the products

These are not filter settings, these are theme or template designer settings.

This plugin does not affect product templates
