filter not reloading results

hi guys,
until the lat update of wp, woo and your filter plugin everything was working fine. now results are not beeing reloaded, just when i click filter - but then the sidebar including the filters it missing.

if i just remove"swoof=1&" from the reload url everything fine again. how to fix this?
