Filter not displaying on mobile?

I'm trying out the husky products filter. Thankfully it does what I need it too and doesn't look clunky.
The filter side bar works perfect on desktop. Also works on desktop in mobile view. But it doesn't actually show up on an actual mobile device?!
Any ideas?
I know the back end of husky is a bit err.. not intuitive, so maybe some setting I've missed? Maybe a min/max width setting?

My plugin is not related to this button - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240527130135.png - You should contact support for the author of this functionality. But I think in the widget settings there should be a separate sidebar for mobile devices where you need to insert the filter

No license key - its the free version that came bundled with the WC installaltion.
The filters are also not showing up when used independently as a short-code on a separate (non shop) page? So both with the themes filter button and also when used separately as a shortcode. See image:

Would it be easier if I enter the login details for you? I've read around other forums and threads with the same issue - often a small piece of code is issued that fixes the problem? Is that a good idea?
