Filter Keeps Removing itself from Widget Area

Every so often my client calls me because the filter is missing from the shop page (https://moonrisecrystals.com/shop/).

My plugin does not affect widget settings. It just depends on the current theme
This behavior can happen, for example, when you change themes. For example, if you switch to a child theme or vice versa to a parent theme
We haven't been changing themes at all. It is only YOUR Filter Widget that gets removed/deactivated and none else. We aren't even working on the website when it gets removed. It has happened several times.

There are several ways. You can provide a client admin panel access or create using Duplicator plugin test website on a test domain as it is. Business data can be deleted by you if it need from test site. I mean only products. The second option instead of a widget try to use [woof] shortcode in a simple text widget and do test.
Why the widget disappears - I can guess that some errors occur when saving widgets, when the ''save'' button is pressed something interferes and deletes the widget, such behavior has not occurred before
As I've mentioned now 3 TIMES - we are NOT in the backend of the website when it happens which means NO ONE IS SAVING any widgets when it occurs. I'll wait until it happens again so maybe I can find the error log in WPengine and send it to you. This is a very large site and I don't want to waste time copying the site for you.

Again Pablo, your English is very poor and your explanations are not clear. You mentioned adding a 'text widget with spaces' but our sidebar already had a text widget in addition to your filter so again your explanations do not make any sense. If you wanted me to add an additional text widget then you need to SLOW DOWN & provide that information. Your directions are missing key information. It is rude to tell other people to calm down when you are not willing to take responsibility for yourself.
