Filter issue
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page pleaseIf you not got email within 24~36 business hours, firstly check your spam box, and if no any email from the support there - back to the forum and read answer here. The filter on our website does not allow for more than 2 filter options to be applied at the same time.
Kindly be advised that we are trying to make these changes via the front end.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please delete this version and install a new one from wordpress.org
Clear all cache and do a test
