Filter is not showing the correct results

Hey I'm using Themeco PRO theme and having an customize shop page. I've add a shortcode [woof] to display the filter but it is not showing the correct results. Please help me to solve this issue. I've read the article which you linked in the above message. I tried that too, but that didn't help me.
I've added a simple category filter on the shop page. Please see the image
now when I try to filter my products by checking the checkbox of the respective Category, it loads the page with some data but does not display the correct data. In this image you can see I've chosen the"Heel Protectors" category and on the right side it shows the results which are not the exact products that are present under this category. you can see the products of this category in this image.

Hey, I need another help. I want to display the parent category as the heading for filter group and it's sub category as filter options. Please suggest me how can I achieve this via any of shortcode or by any configuration present within the plugin.
Like I'm having an Catgeory Mobile and it's sub categories as Apple, Vivo Oppo. Than it should be displays as
Mobile
Checkbox Apple
Checkbox Vivo
Checkbox Oppo
user can select any of the checkbox options and filter the data.
Unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature
