Variants don't have their own title.
And there is no special filter for variations, but you can edit specific variations - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLSfLyH4qs4&t=1239s

Filter by attributes does not affect display variations. The video shows how to edit specific options without pre-filtering.
Variations filtered by price and SKU only
