Filter dropdown disappears after selection is made

Im using the woof filter for a vehicle inventory page on the site linked below
https://autohaven.autoverify.com/inventory/
When I select any option in my dropdown menus (for example say year - 2004) after I chose the option page reloads with the selected dropdown is gone.
Id like to continue to see the dropdown with the value selected but cannot find a setting to do this.

Are you using Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin? - If yes, please, disable it and do a test

I wasn't using that plugin & i had had the same problem when the Advanced->Options-> toggle was set to Yes & no
The extension seams to have worked tho.
