Filter dont show all products

Hi.
I just tested WooCommerce Products Filter and its perfect for our site.
But I have a problem.
I just want to show which shoes are not sold out and show them all.
But It dont show all shoes that are on stock.
I have tried everything. I can find more products that are not sold out but are not shown.
Any good advice.
Will pay for help!

I have tried everything. I can find the variation on stock (shoes size 39) - but if I search for shoes on stock some of them that are in stock dont show.
How you have a fix for this. Maybe its in my woocommerce. I have seen other have troubles with variations that shows not in stock even thou they are.
