Filter Doesn't Work While Logged Out of WP

Hi there,

I noticed that my filter doesn't work at all while logged out of Wordpress, however it seems to work fine while logged in as admin. Details below:

I am using latest plugin version

I am using latest Woocommerce version, 4.9.2

I am also using PHP version 7.4

I have tried clearing cache, etc. to no avail. Can you please provide insight as to why I may be having this issue/how to troubleshoot in the plugin settings? Thank you!

Hi,

 

This is the exact link in question: https://www.easyespanol.org/shop/. You can see that the filers on the right-side side do not function, however while logged into Wordpress they do. Any ideas on what this may be?

You  use  old version  of the  plugin. Please  update  it - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato/ - clear  all  cache  and  do a test

Hi there,

Thanks for the tip- I pasted my license key in the private section; not sure if it saved though.

When I go to the WP admin page to utilize the Envato API key as suggested, I get this message from Wordpress:

"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

This message was triggered by Core.

Call stack:

wp_die()
wp-admin/includes/menu.php:350"

Is there no other way to update the plugin- isn't there an Envato Market plugin itself or similar?

Please  delete  the old  version and  install  the  new version(all settings  will  be saved)
